As long as those people come here legally, I would agree.
As for reconquista, it's not the only declaration of war IMO. Tens of millions of people flooding into our nation in violation of our laws is also.
On D-Day only 156,000 alied forces entered France to take it back. Today we're talking about 15 to 30 million illegal immigrants on our soil. I consider that a declaration of war.
