Okay…I don’t know about you- but I am done with this circus that has flooded Washington D.C. , pitched tents, and performs tricks for peanuts fed to them from the hands of special interest groups, voting blocks, and the media. America was created over anger of colonists with TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!
Folks, this is EXACTLY where we are once again. Not only are we taxed to kingdom come, but our taxes do NOTHING for Representation. Representation is purchased by ADDITIONAL DOLLARS to campaigns and special interest groups, or by having either a print factory, or a camera, microphone and a show on one of the alphabet networks.
Instead of raiding ships and dumping tea, I say we FLOOD CAPITOL HILL WITH PINK SLIPS! The issue of ILLEGAL immigration has sent me over the edge.
Let’s get this straight. AMNESTY DOES NOT WORK! AMNESTY PERPETUATES THE CYCLE INTO OVERDRIVE- it SOLVES NOTHING- it only CONTRIBUTES to problems.
Let’s first address the policies that have CAUSED this problem.
A) PISS POOR BORDER CONTROL! Our Border Patrol Agents are NOT taken seriously. They are NOT given the manpower or the tools to do their job!
B) ENFORCEMENT! We don’t ENFORCE the laws we already have.
C) Legal immigration is a ridiculous bureaucratic MESS!
D) Legal immigration allowances do NOT meet our needs. (let alone how overblown the message is that we actually HAVE a need for immigrants to do the "jobs we won't"- PUKE!)
E) Employers of Legal immigrants are required to meet SOCILALIST work benefits; such as TRANSPORTATION HERE AND BACK, A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE FOR THEM OVER THE WEEKEND! HEALTH CARE, etc. All of which make it MORE PROFITABLE for businesses to hire Americans (what a CRAZY concept), or ILLEGAL INVADERS (an even CRAZIER concept!).
F) We make it EASIER for people to BREAK THE LAW than to FOLLOW THE LAW! This includes both the ILLEGAL INVADERS AND THE EMPLOYERS!
This is only a list of things CAUSING the problems- I haven’t even TOUCHED the LIES ABOUT the “pro’s” and “cons” of the wall and amnesty…..

It doesn't really matter about what he is saying at any time. I just realized that the guy says what sounds good in the immediate present. He doesn't even realize he is contradicting something he said 5 minutes before. He just talkes to hear the sound of his voice.
The very best you can hope for... is that they fail to pass anything.

Ditto that, Johnnie. Support for the war and our military would increase and I don't understand the administration's reluctance or tin ear on this. I'll keep e-mailing, but it's not gaining any traction right now, that's for sure.
In addition we should also email out the post with links to the news making Free Republic postings like those Jveritas is doing with the Saddam docs. I have been sending complete posts with links via email to hundreds of people around the country as well as pols.
