Watch closely. That's the future for America a few years down the road. Republicans killing themselves by not backing the House immigration bill will put the Dems back in the drivers seat and Socialism will set in. This along with the invasion by Mexico we will certainly have riots to force even more Socialism until the country falls.

Not trying to burst anyone's bubble but I am in Paris right now and the protests are very isolated. I was all over the center of Paris today and it was quiet except for the place d'Italie. It was blocked off to tourists.

It appears the French are in a tight spot. How can they surrender to themselves?

It's nice to see people willing to stand up for something they believe in, however.

Rioting and disorderliness is just another symptom of the breakdown in respect for proper authority. It is the natural fate of a society which has rebeled against God who is the source of all proper authority.

The supposed grievance of the French rioters is hardly relevant. This is simply a rage against authority from an apostate, post-Christian society whose new god is the state which is supposed to feed the insatiable sense of entitlement now ubiquitous in much of western Europe.

The next step in such societal decay is usually increased anarchy followed by the emergence of some despot or demigod who promises to satisfy all the wants and needs of the disatisfied, provided they embrace his twisted ideology.

Last week in Paris. Evil Muslim punks abusing stupid French protestors in broad daylight. Like wolves, they would just get a protestor separated from the herd and then move in swiftly for the attack.

Sounds like the place my husband works. The Union fights to keep people that were caught stealing from being fired. And yes, on videotape. True story.

Ironically, six months ago Muslim immigrants rioted because of massive unemployment in France. Now the French politicians are doing something about it and white French people are rioting.

This is a case study in the basic economic truth that "progressive" laws that "protect" workers - like lifetime job protection - are really about protecting white workers from competition with minorities and immigrants.
