Same problem I had the first time I saw the USFS tanker fly in here. I told a friend that looked like a B-24, and he just chuckled at me.

At one time, he had helped rewire the comms panels on her.

When I was in 6th grade I flew from Albrook AFB in the Canal Zone to Charleston NC on a Constellation. I got to sit in the right seat for a while.....quite a thrill for a kid.

That was back in '61.
