I noticed they dumped out after Feingold's idiotic little DUmmy rant and demonstration were over.

OT, looks like students gathering in the street in anticaption of France annoucing whether they are going to change the rules about employment.

Should be good afternoon riot watching.

Feingold has a lot of guts saying the President "broke the law" when CFR, in and of itself, is unConstitutional.

I think you're right, this is a setup to say that when DOJ names certain members of Congress, the MSM et al., as involved in the leaks, they can claim it was 'revenge' for calling for President Bush's censure / impeachment.

It's half day session for CA in many schools for Caeser Chavez day. We're probably going to see some Paris style action ourselves.

I'm confused... isn't President Bush associated with the CFR?

Of course. It's one of those issues I have with the president. Now, if you can find for me whether or not he broke the law in THIS case, that'd be great.

If he did, there surely has not been any evidence of it presented in public. War powers clearly include intercepting international calls from known terrorists. there has been no evidence that ongoing wire tapping of citizens occurred without warrants.

I know the GOP is making sure this moves forward to committee to capitalize on Feingold's idiotic blunder, but what's the game plan? Is the committee going to just force a vote on a censure recommendation to put the 'rats in the hot seat, or are they going to do an "aw, shucks... I don't think the President should be censured, but I think the whole Senate should get the chance to decide" so they can keep kicking Feingold around a little longer?

I think so - its like the "withdraw from Iraq right now" motion.

The committee meeting has been over for more than an hour and the NYTimes, WaPost, MSNBC, CNN and I'm sure all others have not one single mention of this hearing. They do, however, have plastered at the top of their websites the following: Notice that the person that plead guilty is not even mentioned on the webpage. You have to actually click into the story to find out who it is. Since most aren't interested in the full story, poor ole Delay gets convicted in the mind.

Oh what the hell - if they weren't wasting it here, they'd be wasting it somewhere else. It's not like they'd give it back.

Sad but true!!

p.s. I'm a "nina" too :)

ohioWfan to trubluolyguy: Good. That wasn't clear from your post, and I know you don't have much respect for him. Just making sure.

Just going out of your way to launch a personal attack.
