"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!
Don't forget to add in some of our Republican brothers and sisters who are too afraid of the libs and has-been media to stand up to them! I'm thinking of some of our Congresspets who cave over every issue all for the sake of "getting along"! Sheesh!
I can't hear him until tonight in San Diego.
LOL .. yea, that one creeps me out also
But you make a good point, Mo1. I'd like to see some numbers on how many immigrants of Mexican descent--or Mexican immigrants--believe in reconquista.
I don't think so, Travis, but do listen when you get the chance.
Well aren't we cheery this morning
Go bug off
Well, you're hooked..there's no going back now! There is that overwhelming urge every morning just to "peek in" then ya HAVE to say something, then you're here for the duration. I know the feeling!
BTW...more Fox personalities would do well to read us...they might just learn something! :o)
There is more than one type of illegal alien, and not a one-size fits all solution. Each status needs to be addressed with its own resolution
Illegal alien status:
Work in the US and retain Mexican citizenship. Temporary worker.
Work and live in the US and become US citizens
Work and live in the US but not become US citizens
Take advantage of US services without becoming a citizen (medical or social)
Hiding from the Mexican law enforcement
Involved in illegal activities
With different solutions including:
Enforce employers hiring laws
Make temporary worker status easier
Create workable temporary worker program
Create program for individuals to gain citizenship if they disclose who they are and pay a fine
Address tax ramifications of temporary workers
After a disclosure grace period, deport caught illegal aliens
Jail repeat offender illegal aliens
Jail illegal aliens for a period of time before deportation
Stop automatic citizenship for children born to illegal aliens
Withhold social services to illegal aliens, except emergency medical services
English language only
Pass American citizenship test if citizenship desired
Swear loyalty to America
Maybe tis you who should be censured.....
Snow is a realist and a Conservative, as is Bush.(and me for that matter)
What I find to be of great concern these days, is the hyperbolic rhetoric from a segment on the Conservative side of this argument that appears to be just as inane and insane as those on the far left.
I've actually seen comments that advocate government controls over the public that put the Constitution on it's ear and all of it is based on imagined and unreal nonsensical fear mongering.
I have come to the conclusion that the echo chamber of FR can and does produce the same dangerous extremist views that places like DU create on the left and few if any members will take these nuts to task.
I'd like to see you justify your positions. It should be interesting!
Ooooooooo...yer in trouble!!!
The Censure Hearing is on C-span 1, right now.
I misspoke. They can arrest them they just can't make it stick because of the language thing. Judges keep throwing the cases out. Consequently, they are discouraged and not bothering any more. If they stop someone and the person speaks another language it pretty much "so long amigo."
Senator Sessions is not a happy camper.
I feel your frustration. Being on the right side of an argument is hard work!
I wouldn't rule that out
But the way the Irish economy is booming these days .. I also wouldn't say they are coming here just because of work .. though I admit/realize many do
I also think many come here .. because they like our country
Which I can understand ... You don't see alot of Americans fleeing to countries like France *L*
NO, and Graham said that he isn't fond of impeachment because he is 0-1.
As Bill Bennett said this morning, when you start raising the gate, watch which way people run. That tells you alot.
Hi Morgan! Great post!

During the last week, tens of thousands of illegal aliens took to American streets in protest. Thousands of kids ditched school to protest in the streets as well. They are protesting the fact that we an a nation have the nerve to want to enforce our laws that say if you want to move into our country, you must apply, and wait in line before doing so.
Some of those illegals were shown on televisions all across the nation saying that "want" this and they "demand" that. It takes real nerve to "want" and "demand" things when you have no legal right to be here in the first place. The House and Senate are now considering legislation, that I hope at the end of the day, make some simple "demands" of our uninvited guests.
Let's look at this reasonably. How would you like to stand in line at a cash register for a few years, just to have a group of people cut in front of you and go through in minutes? That's what's happening everyday as thousands of people apply for visas to come here, yet some with the convenience of a border to just walk across, give the finger to all those who legally wait, and American law in general. These illegals "demand" we give them amnesty, as they claim they pay their taxes and have behaved themselves since entering illegally and violating federal law.
So I can go rob a bank, and if I don't get caught, as long as I behave myself for a few years while hiding, the crime should be forgiven. Don't try that at home. They claim they pay taxes. Are we talking about sales tax? Great, you pay sales tax. Does that make you special? If we're talking about income taxes, if you're an illegal in say L.A., you probably went down to Alvarado Street and paid $20 for a bootleg drivers license and Social Security card. So we should be happy you found a way to pay taxes. And by the way, with those bogus documents they can vote, seeing how gutless politicians made it taboo for election workers to ask to see the I.D. of people voting.
Senator Ted Kennedy has been in front trying to block our attempt to fix this long simmering problem. The illegal alien issue hasn't made anywhere near the impact to people's lives in Massachusetts, as it does every day in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. So Northern politicians who think illegals should have rights, like receive drivers licenses, are part of the problem.
When Northern school are "really" overcrowded, Northern politicians can talk. When Northern hospitals have to close because of the many who use the services with no intent to pay for them, Northern politicians can talk. When Northern kids can't find a job at a convenience store or supermarket because illegals will work for less then minimum wage for years, Northern politicians can talk. When Northern cities are taken over by the Mexican Mafia and have real gang problems, Northern politicians can talk. When the property value of your home plummets because the house next door in inhabited by 50 illegals who use the backyard as a toilet, Northern politicians can talk. And when it's all thrown back in your face by activist groups like La Raza and MECHA that advocate the taking back of the United States, not by violence, but by the numbers... oh, I'm sorry. Northern politicians have probably never heard of those groups.
Illegals should first have to register; you know like us Americans. I have a drivers license and if the government wants to find me, they know where I live. Illegals should have to pay a reasonable fine, like I do if I fail to feed a parking meter. Illegals should have to apply for a work visa, and learn english just like every other immigrant who felt it was necessary to do so to become an American. If they want to become a citizen they should have to wait in line. If that's too much trouble, they don't have to go home but they got to get the hell outta here.
But enough of the protesting. The American people, including Latino Americans, are tired of the demands made by criminals. That's what you're called when you break the law.

And, to some of the points about teaching the kids:
One reason all the high school kids are demonstrating is that we have been teaching illegals and children of illegals that Bush it Hitler and America is racist in all these high schools.
And the education syustem is full of weak, appeasement-minded educators who think a course in Anger Management is what violent kids need.
So we teach them to hate America-- and of course they go out and demonstrate.
