An American Indian Speaks Out Against Illegal Aliens
Dr. David A. Yeagley, an American Indian and direct descendant of the Comanche warrior Bad Eagle says it best:
America today is making the same mistake we Indians made nearly four centuries ago. America is letting in too many foreigners. And we Indians could end up losing this country all over again. It may come as surprise to many white people who have been brainwashed by the media to see Indians as the ultimate liberals, but there are few groups in America today who take a dimmer view of mass immigration than the American Indian.
The Comanches were one of the most intolerant of all Indian peoples. We had no use for anyone else, white, Mexican or Indian. When we came thundering down on the southwest plains, we took the land we wanted and ran everyone else off. We created the life we wanted, at the expense of other people. The white man did the same. Only he did it on a grander scale.
In many ways, Indians see the white man as a kind of adopted son -- naive, reckless and destructive, at times -- but nevertheless cut from the same warrior cloth as we were. We do not see black, Mexicans, Asians, Arabs and others in this light. These peoples may have their own virtues and traditions, but they have no history with us. They are strangers. If they want to rule us, they must conquer us the way the white man did -- on the battlefield, by force of arms. That is the only honorable way for a warrior.
The white man seems to have lost his spirit. We see that he is giving this country away to [illegal alien] others, and this fills our hearts with fear. For we are part of the land he is giving away . . . The white man must regain his warrior soul and take back his land! In that fight, I will stand by his side and offer whatever strength I have to ensure his victory!" (13)
And, see post #38.
I have verified and now trust. EXCELLENT.
Brouzho Nican!!
Ditto all that you have said.......
Megwetch!!
I generally agree with most of what Dr. Yeagley speaks about..in this article. He is generally a clear thinker....I wish I knew him personally.
Mow-Way
Hey Fish Hawk, haven't seen you in a while. Pull anything good out of the Klamath lately?
Yes, I unfortunately know this to be true.
Got salmon last year but this year is predicted to be the worst in years. The big salmon kill of a few years ago is one of the main causes. I might not even go home to visit this year and maybe see a different part of the world. Aloha
I'm sorry to hear of it. I am thousands of miles away now, so I can't just drive up 101 for some time in the woods anymore. I'll be back home someday, though.
rot -- the Mexicans are, for the most part, descendents of native peoples from Mexico.
not really -- the numbers they killed directly were small, but since the Spaniards were the first Europeans, they brought along with them European diseases like Smallpox that killed off natives in large numbers. By the time the English came, the immunity had spread to the northern natives
You'll like this. The pigs the Spanish brought were a major vector for disease:

The photos from the illegal immigration rallies show me lots of indigenous blood in their faces. At least 60%. IIRC Mexico is 80% Mestizo- mixed white (meaning Spanish) and Indian
When exactly did blacks become "new people" to this land. The average black American can probably trace his or her roots back further on this land than anyone else besides the American Indians. Once the shipping of slaves from Africa ended 200 years ago, there were no Africans arriving in NY harbor and immigration from majority black nations today is minuscule compared to Asian and Latino lands. And I guess this guy is not familiar with the Buffalo Soldiers who gained the respect of the Indians in battle long ago or the many Indian tribes who took in runaway slaves. I think this guy has been smoking too much of the peace pipe.
I think he was saying it was "whites" that fought and won over the Indian.

The Whisper
The Indian Gossip Column
ANYTOWN OK
The Whisper 6/14/2005
David Yeagley is a man on a mission, but it seems he is not what he claims
to be: a Comanche Indian.
Yeagley, who longs to be the voice of conservative thought in Indian
Country, has railed against those he accuses of being, dare we say it: a
liberal. An Indian liberal for David's purposes is someone who supports,
well, being Indian. Quite frankly, the Whisper has never quite figured out
what Yeagley is for, but he is clear as mud what he is against. He seems to
be against anyone more famous or liked than him. Of course that covers just
about everyone, so he is fond of attacking every respectable Indian leader
and policy of self-determination.
Yeagley seems to hate Indianness, if that's possible. He is called upon to
give an alternative view to Indian positions. He has appeared on C-Span and
given speeches at the National Press Club. The far-right wing of the
lunatic fringe embraces him. He makes most respectable conservatives
embarrassed that he sides with them. More than anything else he angers many
Native Americans with these hateful tomes against Indian people. He does so
by also noting he is Comanche Indian. He even claims lineage to famed
Comanche Bad Eagle.
According to sources at the Comanche headquarters, David is not Comanche.
His adopted mother is Comanche.
Did David know this when he applied to become a Kellogg Fellow in their
Indian Leadership program? Does he owe them some money?
David released a CD titled "Awakening," of so-called Indian flute music. Is
he in violation beyond basic ethics, or of federal laws regarding the
marketing of arts and crafts by non-Indians? He says he is an enrolled
member of the Comanche Nation. Its been said that the mark of a great con
is detail. David has provided his family tree as proof of his Comanche
blood. The trouble is, its not HIS blood he is listing.
David has also in recent years supported the continued use of Indians as
mascots. At first the Whisper just thought he was just misguided and wrong,
could it be he was a ringer for the right.
Several columnists recently have presented themselves as independent
thinkers to advance conservative positions. Later it was revealed they took
money from the Bush administration.
Is David one of these folks?
With the acquittal of Michael Jackson, we are reminded of another person
who has altered his face to look like something else. Yeagley has gone
through several cosmetic changes to appear more Indian.
Now we understand why he hates Indians: He's not one, and that makes the
world a little saner. Later.
Ho-ka-hey!
