All of humanity is made of competing tribes. When the white folks in this country wake up, it may be too late just as it was for the Indians. I hope not.

"Maybe your right. But I think he wants this integrated country (USNA) to compete with the soon-to-be economic juggernaut of China."
Are you seriously saying that the NAU( is the term the globalists like to use) is a good thing?

I long to waft the sweet smoke over my face, drink slowly the yaupon tea, chant and sing while slowly stomp-dancing around the sacred fire. I would rather feel the earth and hear the birds than watch a pukin TV show. Material things are trinkets, but faith and prayer bring us closer to the Spirit/God.
Someone would think I sit outside just doing nothing, but I am enjoying what our Father has provided. The bike ride does sound fun though ;o)

No. I don't think its a good thing. I'm just trying to explain the philosophy that drives some of our elected officials.

The Comanches were a relatively small nation, a few thousand or more, but they dominated the South Plains from the Arkansas River all the way into South Texas. Their currency was horses and they raided across the Rio Grande in search of them. The Mexican government allowed Austin's colony to be established in Texas to provide a buffer between Mexican settlers and the Comanche. After Texas gained her independence, Texans engaged in war with the Comanche until the time of the civil war. To took W.T. Sherman and the US Army finally to break the back of the Comanche nation. old "Cump" himself was instrumental in the final showdown with these warriors. who made the Sioux seem like women in comparison.

The point I was trying to make is that if you want to keep your land you had better be ready to fight for it.

I guess the Comanches never met the 9th and 10th Cav. or the 24th and 25th Inf. Victorio and the Chihenne Apaches could have told them about the 9th and 10th, but the Comanches didn't get along with the Apaches, either. [Didn't get along with anybody but the Kiowas, who were mean AND crazy]

The American Indian is now a myth for these youngsters--just old black and white photos...

That depends on where you go, my friend.
Here in the great Southwest, they are a definite reality.
And in my case, they are also my employers.

Relatives on my late dad's side were sitting around our front room, when my greatgrandmother, Granny, blurted out, "Quanah Parker was my grandfather." [The last great Comanche Chief.]
"No big thing," Granny shrugged, "He had twelve wives, and who knows how many children."
My mom used to shake her head, "The very first picture I have of you is you sitting on a ninety-two year-old Squaw's lap!" My great-great-grandmother, Quanah's daughter.
We're fadin off into the sunset...

When Pershing entered Mexico, his forces included Apache Indian scouts - who loved nothing better than to kill Mexicans (the Apaches had a great hatred of Mexicanos)

I am also Indian and I have seen a lot of racist attitude in my tribe but my biggest bitch with them is that almost all of them are crybaby liberals that vote Democrat every election. They hate G.W. and have bought into the lies of the Left. I always wonder how many years of getting lied to it will take before they wake up. Every election the Dems promise them the world and then they get nothing until the next election and then they get the same promise.

At THIS point in history, I arrive at my conclusions based upon what I'm confronted with in this moment, NOT on anyone's heritage from the past. There are shady people of all races and religions. It would be racist of me to favor/brand one people over another for anything.
