No, I merely pointed out the *scope* of the activity. 12 million illegal aliens is *larger* than the number rounded up in Europe in WW2.

That's not a moral comparison, that's a size-of-job picture.

To reduce the difficulty of that job, I offered a positive suggestion (because unlike many posters on this thread, I want a real solution rather than an Orwellian 2 minute hate). My suggestion was to convince illegals who are already here (i.e. 12 million or more of them) to voluntarily register themselves with our government.

Registration makes confiscation/banning easier. That gun-grabbers choose to use this tactic should not preclude us from using it.

I think the easiest solution is to go after the employers. Once people stop hiring them, the incentive for illegals to stay here will disappear. I don't think there will be any way to convince illegals to register with the government, unless it is tied into some amnesty or guest worker plan.
