Hey Tony, where did you see the test?

I think it would be a good idea (epically if the content is right) that ALL US students also have to take it before graduating high school.

Not that it would have anything to do with citizenship in those cases, but should be REQURIED to pass, to graduate.

If thats too much for the teacher's unions maybe we can just tack it on to the end of SAT tests, and just use the result data to improve how 'American history' is taught.

My grandfather came to this country from Italy. He quickly joined the navy. He fought for his new country

The illegals today are swaying their Mexican flags in the air and are insinuating that they want to fight this country and take it back.

That is a major difference.

Tony:

Who makes the laws in the country? The courts.

Who help the Pilgrims? Dept of Family and Social Services.

Name three right guaranteed by the Bill of Rights?
The right to have an abortion, anytime under any circumstances.

The right of the government to confiscate your home and give it to a rich patron.

The right of the government to shut down political debate 60 days before an election.

The latest from NJ.

Last week Governor Corzine removed the Steve Forbes mask and submitted a record $30.9 billion budget that increases state spending by 9% and includes $1.5 billion in new levies. He wants to raise the already high state sales tax by 16% and extend it to services; hike taxes on cigarettes, alcohol and expensive cars; and create a new state water tax. And just so Garden State entrepreneurs don't feel left out, his budget would impose a corporate tax surcharge and a commercial property transfer tax. "There are no immediate plans," joked one local paper, "to tax the air we breathe--not this year, at least."
