RNC Memo Warns GOPers Not To Distance Themselves From Bush

Republican pollster Jan van Lohuizen, in a memo written for RNC chairman Ken Mehlman, warns that if members of Congress try to drive a wedge between themselves and Pres. Bush, it'd be akin to adding weight to an anchor. GOpers are "W Brand Republicans" whether they like it or not. And van Louhizen, who has polled (often secretly) for the Bush White House under the RNC aegis for years, is worried about low turnout.
Time Magazine first reported on the memo this weekend, but the full text is below.

"Sounds to me like a lot of fair weather pubs in here"
We owe no alligence to the Republican party, the Republican party owes its alligence to US its voters. They want to give it to us up the rear end, and are shocked when we don't love every second of it.

They've got the plans all drawn up and ready. Just waiting for the demRats to get back power. And that will be the end of our sovereignty...forever. There will be no getting it back. And surrendering our sovereignty to Mexico now will help us how? How do you think the newly legal illegals in Azatlan will vote?

"I don't know. I suspect the GOP is going to be losing big time to the dems very soon."
Don't fret, Jim. Mike Pence will step up to the plate and do the right thing by running for President in 2008. He's a fantastic conservative who's just what the doctor ordered. He's strong on the WOT, very strong on border security (big supporter of the House bill), and his budget battling has become legendary. As Congressman WhatsHisFace, he's managed to slap the Republican elite into line with conservative thinking on spending measures. As President, he'll launch us into a new era of ideal conservative leadership. I've come to believe strongly in this man and what he stands for, and I'm for damn sure going to fight for his election. He's brought many other largely apathetic and defeatist conservatives out of hiding and onto the warpath, and I think the more people learn about him, the more we'll see of that sort of thing. 2008's going to be a good year!
"a nation without borders is not a nation." - Rep Mike Pence, speaking in the House just before passage of the tough new immigration bill we've all come to known and love.

"Where are you going to get the numbers? If every single Republican suddenly voted Populist, then what?"
Considering voter turnout in most modern elections, it would appear that the numbers are certainly there; they're just sitting at home not voting. If we fire up the conservative-minded base, I seriously don't think there's a limit to what we can accomplish with the current voter pool. However, if 11 million illegals (Democrats) can suddenly vote legally because they're citizens, then that's going to create a severe problem for us for a long, long time. In fact, if those people can get legalized and gain citizenship, we may well see the rise of the Democrats as the right-wing party.

Vote Democratic in the U.S. House and tell the Democrats to impeach Bush.I'll be voting when the time comes, but I think you're going to have an easier time pulling teeth than getting the constituents to show up this November after the way recent events are turning out.

A safe and stable food supply is an absolute necessity for any nation. So, you're telling us we must surrender to the Caesar Chavez socialists and see our nation drown in a deluge of illegal labor and its nation warping demands? We may die as a nation, but we'll have a cheap last meal.
LOL! Satan crafted that bargain and said, "You have no other choice."
I say he's lying. I believe we have other options, options other than surrender to socialism camouflaged as a guest worker plan.

The problem is that President Bush has distanced himself from us. The spending, the handling of Iraq, CFR which he could easily have vetoed, and above all his refusal to protect our borders and deport the illegal aliens.

Zook, you are totally willing to turn America into Nuevo Laredo for cheap serf labor. And it has clearly been proven that mechanizing agriculture as so many other countries have done would obviate all need for illegals.
That makes you a traitor. That makes you no different from the Europeans who imported masses of Muslims two decades ago and thought they would be a useful source of gastarbeiter who would go home when not needed. That makes you a traitor and a fool.

As the world develops, economically, socially, and politically, things will tend to balance out.Yes, somewhere around the Bangalore level. You are willing to reduce the American standard of living to that level because you are more loyal to the 'global economy' than to America.

Where are you going to get the numbers? If every single Republican suddenly voted Populist, then what?Do you think every Democrat is a sodomite marriage worshipping cultural liberal ? Don't you think Blacks know that a guest worker program will price them out of the job market forever ? This is an issue that cuts across BOTH parties along class lines.
This isn't about Democrat vs Republican. It is about the Party of Money vs the Party of Working, Taxpaying Americans.

Your brain is obviously incapable of understanding that if the immigration issue is lost ALL OTHER ISSUES ARE LOST. Immigration isn't just one issue. IF AMERICA IMPORTS A HUGE WELFARE UNDERCLASS IT WILL HAVE A SOLID LEFT WING MAJORITY VOTING POPULATION.
