Reports out of all arab radio station in Seacaucus, NJ is that the Emir of Dubai will be tapped to replace him.
Of course my Arabic is a little rusty, I could have misunderstood...

Think of it this way. In the Bush administration Mr Card was able to resign.

In the Clinton administration he would have been rubbed out.
