$10K on a drunken bender PING
M2, I borrowed your quote.
Yeah, well it's small consolation that a bunch of drunks are paying for the kid's prom perversity.
Its Sunday morning and here we have first hand insight into how a totally self absorbed "child" is created.
Its educational!! But hardly amusing.
Court Street lawyer?
What a laugh. I had just had my son by the time prom came. I was still carrying some weight and spent $150 on a pup tent just to go. LOL
Oh well, to each his own I guess.
MM
".. daddy, what does ' princes syndrome ' mean?"
I graduated a long time ago 1960. I paid $16.00 to rent a white jacket and pants , paid for out of the money I earned in the tobacco fields of Southern Maryland, I drove the 1951 Buick Special I had bought for $300.00 and had that bad boy shining like a new dollar, but then I always kept it shined. I think the corsage cost me $6.00 and of course her mother pinned it on my date as she didnt want me getting that close to the Mams that early in the evening. LOL
Yeah and she will have more fun!
Chopard diamond ring----their specialty is paveed diamonds on everything,
including watches, and encasing loose diamonds within their designs, as above.
Seriously! I've long said that when my son is old enough to drive, he'll drive whatever he can afford to buy for himself! If I won't spend $10K to get him a new car, why in h@## would I pay $10K for a weekend of debauchery?
On that note, my whole wedding cost about what her dress did, and I sold my Chevy Blazer to pay for it. After we were married we drove a used Ford Fiesta for the next three years.
Don't worry...the dress probably won't be on that long.
>>>Jenna Cossuto spent $2,400 on her custom-made dress.
My wedding gown was custom made. It cost $754 dollars. It was made by a little Italian woman in a run down mom and pop shop. My gown is absolutely stunning and preserved.
In that case, let's hope they pack some condoms.
gorgeous, but wasted on a dress. i know what chopard diamonds cost, and $2400 sounds kind of LOW if there are multi-carats worth on there.
Sounds like me in 1965 but I had bought the white dinner jacket a couple years before, and drove an old Ford Falcon. Money I earned shoveling snow, cutting grass and working summer as a parking lot attendant.
When I was in school the theme was "better dead than at the prom."
Of course, I went to a private school populated with the most anti-social youth.
Depends. Does he say "ACD" instead of "ACOD", and does he demand one for a client charged with a felony in a jurisdiction outside of NYC? Oh yeah, and does he wear loud suits?
Never went to a prom [high school or college]. Waste of time.
Has anyone seen that show on MTV called My Sweet 16? On this show you will see the epitome of a spoiled rotten kid and the parents who are willing to give their kids whatever they want. I find this behavior disgusting especially when it is most likely encouraged by the producers of this show. Just hope the girl doesn't get any Monica stains on that dress of hers.
