"The Democrats will end up being the big losers on this because no matter what bill does come out of committee it will be blocked by a Majority Democrat Filibuster which will hurt them more than the GOP."

I hope you are right. The southern border situation seems to be getting worse by the day. I still think that Bush is going to go down in history as one of our greatest presidents, but some serious action needs to be taken on the border and the illegal immigration issues.

Be of good cheer, my friend. There is a place for the disenfranchised like you and I - those abandoned by the relativistic thinking of the GOP. Consider the Constitution Party - real conservative thinking and action.

The illegal aliens and the criminals who hire them and the criminals who harbor them are getting out in the street making their desires known. It is way past time those of us who support the rule of law and secure borders did the same.

Join Veterans for Secure Borders, The Minuteman Project, Latino Americans for Immigration Reform, Mothers Against Illegal Aliens, and other groups protesting amnesty for these criminals, and demanding the government protect our borders.

FReepers should be at this rally in strength. Saturday, May 6, in Crawford, TX.

I hope you're right about the Dems not winning for your stated reasons. Sounds logical. To me Newt Gingrich is the only TC out there. But he would never get the republican nomination. We stand a much better chance of getting our way through the senate and congress. We must vote right, far right, when it comes to them. VOTE THE RINO'S OUT!

I'm right, the Rats always shoot themselves on everything. No matter what bill comes out to the floor the Rats are required by their charter to appease the ACLU, Green Peace, PETA, etc. by voting against it. The Republicans can throw a bill out there that only reaffirms crossing the border undocumented is illegal and the Rats will vote against it. Look at Hillary, she knows that it's illegal to be here undocumented but then she goes and claims that enforcement is cruel because that's what the ACLU expected her to do.

It is VERY much like that. Sort of like when we ran Dole against Clinton?

Interesting. Thanks.

For those that do not see a "dimes worth of difference" between the two parties and are bolting the Republicans please reconsider.

The easiest way to bring about change is to vote one party into extinction. It is efficient, inexpensive, and no blood is shed. Another party will automatically rise up. If the elected representatives of the major party cannot represent the will of the people, they will meet the same fate.

The obvious choice to vote off the island of liberty is The Democratic Crime Syndicate.

Reconsider.

Focus.

Trust me, I've had enough of the RINO'S but they're elected by their constituents so got to live with it for now until their constituents get enough of them.

Like when we didn't seriously challenge Boxer in the last CA senatorial election.

But, it's even more widespread and subtle.
The new 'strategery' seems to be to piss off the conservative base so badly that they won't vote or won't vote Republican.

And then you have Poppy and Bubba palling around.
You have Dubya answering an interview question re 2008, laughingly saying "Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton."

Excuse me while I adjust my tinfoil hat.

So, why are the RINOs pissing off the base?

In 1986 Congress passed the Immigration Reform and Control Act. It granted green cards to three million illegal immigrants, consequently attracting yet another five million to cross the border to replace their decriminalized comrades.

That Rhino Reagan did this !!!

What a bunch of suckers the Right was for falling for him and his commie band!!!

sarcasm off

I can feel that more of the constituents are getting enough of them. You can hear it on all the talk shows to. I think its swelling up and "thats a good thing." (I don't really like Martha. It just hit me what I said.).

It's good and the sooner we can quit hearing Specter and Collin's voice the better the Republicans and Conservatives within the party will be. Just a couple examples.

You have Dubya answering an interview question re 2008, laughingly saying "Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton."

A couple of weeks ago Fred Barns said almost the same thing, but he said; "Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton, Bush (Jeb)".

Most Americans can live with a guest worker program...

Really?

Can most Americans live with vaccine-resistant TB?

Can most Americans live without hospitals, which have closed down because our feckless politicians have sold our birth right for a mess of pottage?

Can most Americans live with another WTC-type bombing?

And no, we are not in the minority.

Perhaps the people who have laminated RNC membership cards are in the minority-in fact, I'm almost certain of that-but the Americans who want our pathetic, despicable government officials to finally start fulfilling the oaths they took to defend the Constitution are most assuredly not in the minority.

We're still in the majority, at least until the next pseudo-Republican president, and faux-Republican Senate is able to foist yet another blanket amnesty upon an unwilling public.

How sad is that in Mexico almost 1/2 their population would leave if able? Have polls been taken of other countries, do people feel similarly elsewhere?
