Mountainside, N.J. United States Senate candidate Tom Kean Jr. will make a major campaign announcement Monday, March 27th 2006.
WHO: Tom Kean Jr.
WHERE: State House Annex Room 101/103 Trenton
DATE: March 27th, 2006
TIME: 10:30 A.M.
I wonder what it could be about?
One would hope he is apologizing for overseeing the 911 commission farce..
He just saved a bundle on his car insurance by switching to Geico?
He's going to exercise his second amendment rights and blow that Geico gekko to kingdom come.
This is Keane Junior. His big mess ups have yet to come, or maybe not.
This is Kean's son, not the one who presided over the 9-11 Omission.
I pray he's not withdrawing. This was one of the GOP's best shots at picking up a DemoRat seat. It may be the only one.
He is announcing he has not decided whether he will run for President in 2008? (just in case anyone was sitting on the edge of their seat).
Oh great, another one?
I Highly doubt he will withdraw. He just campaigned with Cheney on Monday, Rudy yesterday, and McCain a few days ago.
Outing himself?
Just guessing, but he's probably going to pull out of the race. He had a decent chance of winning, tkaing a Senate seat from the Dems. So, the Dem smear machine went into overdrive and got something on him. They threatened to go public unless he pulls out.
When are the Pubbies going to learn to play hardball like the Dems?
He might as well withdraw and save himself the money and time. New Jersey is a state filled with idiots, on both sides. The liberals will vote for Menendez even even Menendez supports a 99% tax rate, and meanwhile the "conservatives" in this state will sit the election out because Kean is, according to them, a "RINO." So we'll end up with another Democratic landslide, because New Jersey Republicans are too stupid to stop the bleeding when they can. I sure don't agree with Kean on everything, but he's hell of a lot better than Menendez. Maybe it's time the conservatives in NJ realize that they're never going to get everything at once, and that maybe it's a better idea to start small in a state like NJ.
Typo on last statement, it was supposed to read:
"The liberals will vote for Menendez even if Menendez was to support a 99% tax rate"
He's a gay-American!
I see that now. Hopefully this isnt a "like father like son" thing..
You can have this enemy of freedom.
ML/NJ
Beat me to it, LOL!
