California and New York are listed as Right-To-Carry, but aren't really - you pretty much can't get a permit there unless you're rich, famous, well connected, or a politician.

Unfortunately, my KS House and Senate Representatives believed that I was not capable of protecting myself, or failing that, that I am a potential criminal, all I need is a "legal" weapon. RINO's both, of course I am surrounded by RINO's and RATs.
