We've all heard of conspiracy theories. The video footage of a man walking on the moon was actually filmed in somebody's basement, the holocaust never happened, Elvis is still alive and the events of September 11 were actually the result of an effort by the U.S. government to create a "catastrophic" event in order to start wars in foreign countries for its own benefit...(more at link)

So, this is the opinion article for my school, and town's newspaper here at ole miss. How can people even say this kind of stuff? Just wanted to see yalls thoughts. The idea is nothing new, but this idiot decided to bring it up again. Im thinking about boycotting this newspaper altogether, despite the fact that it is free.

Do we really need to dabble in this sh!t?

Looks like that newspaper gives ya exactly what ya pay for. ;)

What a stupid article. Here is a theory.. Donald Trump did it, had explosives placed in the bldg because he wanted to build a hotel there.. the planes crashing into the towers were just coincidence.

This just in, Japan did not actually bomb Pearl Harbor. In other news, new evidence shows deaths at Alamo may have been self inflicted./sarcasm

Ah, wait a minute now.
The stories about Elvis Presley being alive are HARDLY a conspiracy theory.
They're very true.
He wants it that way, you know, the uncertainty of whether he's really alive or really dead.
Trust me on this.

My favorite moonbat theory is we went to Iraq for oil...
Every time I discuss it with a local lib moonbat, I ask them the same question:
Wouldn't it have been easier to take over Mexico's or Venezuela's?
The vacant stare and the smoke rising from their ears is precious...

I got as far as the professor's reference to the buildings "central columns." Didn't he do any research at all on the construction of the WTC before putting his so-called thoughts on paper?

Molten metal in the basement and lower areas of the WTC. That is his theory. Hey Dumbass, torches and welding equipment were used to try to rescue people and to cut through rebar and steel beams. That is where your molten metal came from.

Starting a war can be accomplished with much less effort than this conspiracy theory requires. Why go to all this trouble, and it is a LOT when the sinking of single ship got us into the Span-Am war or the sinking of a few ships got us into WWII.
Would you really need an elaborate conspiracy AND bring down a major landmark in the most economically important are of your most important city?
Plus, would you really need to bring down both towers. Would you really need to do the Pentagon AND the twin towers.
It makes no sense.

This crap will go over real well on Liberty Post and Clown Posse.
They're all convinced that George W. Bush along with the NWO and Trilateral Commission in conjunction with the Zionist conspiracy imploded the WTC and bombed the Pentagon.
