Re: Your attempt to shut down political free speech on the Internet
John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts to find even one thread, one post, one paragraph, one sentence or even one lousy word posted to this web site that is not fully protected by the First Amendment!
And I will extend that to one chapter, one group, one poster or any group of posters on this forum. Name one assembly, petition, letter, protest, meeting or rally convened, filed, submitted, attended or supported by members of this forum that is not 100% protected and guaranteed as free speech or free assembly by the First Amendment!
Your McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation is a treasonous act. You and your cohorts are attempting to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America, the very same constitution that you swore an oath to defend, so help you God! That makes you a domestic enemy of that great document and a traitor to your country. Yes, and Benedict Arnold was a war hero before he turned traitor too.
How dare you even think that you are qualified to sit in the oval office! Ronald Reagan's office! President? Hah! You miserable excuse for a two-bit political hack, you're not even qualified to shine Ronald Reagan's boots. If you do run, I'm afraid you're gonna be at least one vote short. It'll be a cold day in hell before a traitor like you ever receives my vote. And that's a campaign promise you can take to the bank.
You can take your fascist campaign finance laws and the jackbooted FEC anti-free-speech enforcers you are empowering and put them where the sun don't shine. And if this post is in violation of your unconstitutional law, shove it too!
Paraphrased from In the Face of Evil: Reagan's War in Word and Deed:
The Beast never dies, it simply changes form. The Beast has known many forms: Bolshevism, communism, Nazism, fascism. The Beast has had many names: Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, Tojo, Mao, Pol Pot.
The Beast cannot co-exist with freedom. The very first freedom lost is the freedom of speech, then religion, knowledge and the arts. Anything that empowers the individual must be destroyed. The state must control all.
Power to the state.
Power as an end to itself.
Those who speak out against the Beast are labeled extremists, radicals, warmongers. Churchill, McCarthy, Reagan.
The Beast must be contained, appeased. We must have "Detente" at any cost. Direct confrontation of the Beast must be avoided.
Appease him and pray the wolf may pass our door.
Free speech must die.
The Beast never dies.
Might try reading the news before making dumb posts.
"The bastards can regulate speech here but not world wide yet."
Why would you want to run and hide in another country?
I say face the bastards right here, face to face.
If we don't win in the courts or Congress, we can win at the polls.
Shaz
you have to get the message out to win at the polls
look at the web sites that beam the truth into other represive countries they are the life blood of the resistance
I think that's exactly where they are heading. She has said so herself on more than one occasion.
And how many Republicans do you think will EVER be elected again?
And if she had been around in the late 1930's, she would have been an usher at a Bund Meeting and donated $25 to a Martin Bormann Telethon.
She has had her thesis at Wellsley on Saul Alinksy and Marxism SEALED. Barbara Olsen was trying to get ahold of a copy. She didn't live long enough to succeed.
Those sealed papers are radio-active.
Apart from my faith in God, despair would be an easy temptation, trap.
I increasingly am finding myself convinced that most of the political scene is charade by the puppet masters distracting while they tighten the noose and ramp up their terrorizing toward scaring the world's citizens into the global government.
I realize it's destined. But woe to the complicit buggers who aid and abet it.
I sure want to stand up and be counted in behalf of the Constitution and our cherished freedoms as long as possible.
I'd vote for McCain over Shrillery, too--but with a clothespin on my nose.
I think he's funded and supported and ordered by more or less the same puppet masters as she is. She's just sold out to them heart and soul. And, she likely fancies herself with stars in her eyes as sleeping with the devil himself.
McCain strikes me more as a complicit opportunist floating along the road of least resistence and being traitorously stupid in the process.
But, I've been wrong a number of times before . . .
Much appreciate your kind reply. Heading off to class.
Wow! I hadn't heard about that thesis. Interesting. I wish someone would forego that endeavour that BKO was trying to bring to light, as a legacy to BKO.

The lady who lit the crowd at the town hall yesterday is going to be on Cavuto today. The one who spoke passionately about the service of her husband and talked about DVD's she has, and her anger toward the left-winged media.
Let's ping her and ask for help/guidance.
I think she addresses it in her final book "Hell To Pay."
If McCain runs as the presidential candidate, I see my options as: 1) vote Constitutional party, 2) stay home, 3) vote for the non-Hillary middle-of-road Democrat.
Roger that.
Both houses of Congress promise to return to this topic with a narrower exemption for bloggers, and the blogosphere will welcome that. It still doesn't address the real defect of the BCRA, though, which regulates political speech by treating it as a purchasable commodity. The First Amendment specifically protected the free exercise of political speech, and yet under the BCRA the First Amendment now offers more protection to nude dancing and pornography than it does to political candidates who want to communicate with prospective constituents. Somehow, I don't think it takes an originalist to understand just how wrong that result is. UPDATE: In the interest of cleaning our own house, here are the Republicans who voted against the bill: Boehlert.........Hobson.........Platts.........Upton Bradley (NH).....Johnson (CT)...Ramstad........Walden (OR) Castle...........Johnson (IL)...Regula.........Walsh Coble............Kirk...........Saxton.........Wamp Emerson..........LaHood.........Schmidt........Weldon (PA) Frelinghuysen....LaTourette.....Schwarz........Wilson (NM) Gallegly.........Leach..........Shays..........Wolf Gilchrest........LoBiondo.......Simmons........Bass Gillmor..........Osborne........Smith (NJ)..... Hefley...........Petri..........Turner.........
OH and by the way? - - don't think that there arent plenty of conservatives who are PO'd at Bush - his choice of battles to fight where vetos are concerned are troubling enough (Meiers, Dubai etc), and his LACK of fight concerning this abrogation of the First Amendment says some nasty things about an otherwise good President. HOWEVER - the bill has MCCAIN's and FEINGOLD's name on it - NOT BUSH'S!!! - and so the sh*t hits THEIR fan - if they can't take the heat their tag to this outrage of marxism, then THEY should leave the kitchen - along with all their groupies.
He swore an oath to uphold the Contitution when he was a soldier - he did so as a Senator. What he has done as a Senator however, has just wiped out whatever credibility he held as a soldier by pushing through a bill that cripples the first and foremost of our Constitution. If THAT doesnt make him a traitor, then I dont know what does.
As far as I am concerned, he can no longer claim the title of "veteran" with all the honor it deserves. He is an f'ing traitor. end of story.
Ronnie and I used to ping her alot. We believe she was here.
So, good try, but semantics does not win in this game. McCain/Feingold, as well as the fascists after which it is named, has to go because of its very real threat to my free speech.
*lighting a candle to BKO*
