A suggestion has been made to seperate the the Talk Radio threads out of the News section. Would it be possible to have a Talk Radio/Live thread section like General Chat or Religion on Free Republic?

Oh, for goodness sake! I like live threads as much as anyone, and as you know I post on both the Tony Snow and Rush threads, both of which I enjoy!
All I said was maybe we have so many people interested in radio threads we should have a separate forum for them, just like we do for local political campaigns, chat, and religion.
No one is saying that the threads shouldn't be posted (or at least I am not) but if we have Laura, Rush, Tony, Mark, Medved, and whoever that Sunday guy is, as well as Drudge, don't you think that perhaps we should think about how much space it is taking up and maybe use some planning so that important breaking news (like a terroroist attack or war with Iran) doesn't get lost amongst all the replies for the radio shows?
There is no need to get so defensive over a suggestion.

I think that is a TERRIFIC IDEA!
people who WANT talk radio can just go there and look for it...
even when people fill in for regular hosts.. we sometimes want to look for others..

Laura is probably my favorite talk show host after Rush. She has some of the best sound bites from the Sunday shows. I'm not sure, but I'd almost bet Rush has someone monitor her show to see what she is ripping the left about before his show starts.
