Dear All,

I am sorry to bother you all again but something has come up that has me obviously scare witless. My daughter Anastasia is having what the peditrician thinks are seizures. She goes limp and her eyes roll back in her head. These last only a minute or two but she is not eating well either. There is a remote possiblity that this is related to a new med she is taking for her reflux. Of course we are taking her off this now. I am sorry to bother you all again but this is the thrid major medical problem since Christmas with her. Thank you all and God Bless YOU.

Your daughter is in my prayers. When my son was a baby he was prone to them during high fevers, but he did not have to go on meds. We are blessed that the medicines do exist to help little ones with this problem. Don't be afraid to get a second opinion if you are not satisfied with your Pediatrician's attitude toward what's going on.

The pediatrician I started out with kept giving my son one antibiotic after another and they didn't help with his spells of fever and congestion. They just made him sick, upset his stomach, and effected his appetite.

I wasn't satisfied and decided to get another opinion. I asked around for the best baby doctor in town, and took him to another who asked what I was giving him for his asthma, I had to say I wasn't aware that he had asthma. The new doctor cleared his problem right up.
