HIV-positive man gets 16 years for raping stepdaughter

An HIV-positive man who admitted having sex with his 8-year-old stepdaughter over a two-month period was sentenced in a San Mateo County courtroom today to 16 years in prison.
Frederick Torralva, 53, pleaded no contest today to one count of engaging in three or more acts of substantial sexual conduct with a child under the age of 14, the San Mateo County district attorney's office reported.
He also pleaded no contest to the special allegation that he had knowledge that he was HIV-positive at the time of the crimes against his wife's child,

I say we build a really really big meat slicer. Big enough to put this guy on. Then we shoot him full of anticoagulants, strap him on the big slicer feet first then set the cutting wheel to "thin".

That was my question. No attempted murder charge? Oh wait, didn't they say San Francisco? Oh wait, that's just the newspaper.
Note that it's another stepfather/boyfriend crime. Not that all are bad, but the bad ones are really dragging everyone else down...

No doubt he deserves a slow painful death. In all likelihood however, given the fact that he is 53 and HIV+, he will die in prison.

Child rapists should be shot on sight. No charges, no trial. Just a nice big juicy force-fed lead sandwich.
In this guy's case, the best we can hope for is that he goes full-blown. (*drum riff*)

Way to fast....lowering him by the offending member millimeter by millimeter would be most appropriate with periodic stops for one minute to allow the POS to reflect upon his deed.

And risk knocking him out? I think not! How about a couple of pairs of pliers and some smelling salts? Make him suffer like she will when she develops AIDS.
Seriously, this guy should never see the light of day. Yet, we'll coddle him, perhaps some counseling, make sure he's got adequate health care when he develops full-blown AIDS. What he deserves is a long helicopter ride to the middle of a big desert with no food or water.
Sick. What has this country become when you don't hear the outrage and the anger at such a crime?
