Kristinn just called to say that he'll be on this afternoon to talk about the war, protesters, public opinion... I wasn't able to get much more information, because his phone is pretty busy right now. I think he said he'll be on during the 5:30 segment.
For those of us who never watch Hardball, it starts at 5pm on the east coast.

I really think we owe the iraq yes people and many of the people in that region of the world, a deep apology right now. And I think it would be very good. It would be an act of great political courage on the part of the president to offer such an apology and say, we need to start over again and recognize that we have something to do with putting saddam hussein in there. We used saddam hussein as a proxy for the united states. Secretary rumsfeld shook his hand. We all know that. An apology is in order. I think if we maid a sincere effort in that direction, we won't have a chaotic horrible future there that will threaten our gran children.
