Well, this new movie isn't going to be the sensation that Passion of the Christ was, obviously. Why on earth is he slamming the people who supported him?

Awww...Mel. You had us at the "Passion" and you go and spoil it. We showed you the money and you go and turn on us. I guess we can't trust anyone.

I'm sorry to hear that Mel Gibson said that. I wonder if he was misquoted.

Odd. I'd like to hear him elaborate about how he thinks Pres. Bush is a 'fearmonger'. What exactly is Bush fearmongering about.....that the world is a messed up place and there are Islamo-whackos who want to blow stuff up?

Sigh. Makes you wonder. I am utterly sick of ALL of these people. I saw where another Hollywood type who had supported the WOT---can't remember who, now---started to backslide with snide comments about Bush.

Mel Gibson is a Pitchforker.

"The fearmongering we depict in this film reminds me a little of President Bush and his guys."Ooooooh, what a slam. Don't expect anyone to get up off the deck after being hit with that one. /s Does the headline tell us more about the headline writer's point of view than what Mr. Gibson thinks?

Hmmm, please don't say Gibson is becoming what I detest about Hollyweird...only time will tell I suppose
he sure is nice to look at though...

Sounds like he thinks his bread is buttered on the other side and wants to score some cheap points.
To: Ashamed Canadian
To elaborate myself......how on earth can someone who keeps insisting that Islam is a 'Religion of Peace' possibly be fearmongering?
To: Coastal
I saw the Passion twice at the theaters and bought the DVD, but if Mel insists upon slamming the President like this, he won't see another dime from me.

"The fearmongering we depict in this film reminds me a little of President Bush and his guys." I wouldn't call that a slam, but it wasn't called for.
