This has to be from citified banger wolf hybrids, because no self respecting wolf is just going to take one bite out of a sheep.
Its probably more a feral pack of wild dogs.

The Canadian wolves that were placed in Yellowstone and Idaho are twice as large as the native wolves that once roamed the area. They attack livestock as an amusement. It isn't a matter of killing for food. Elk, deer and moose have been decimated in Idaho by wolves. I visit Yellowstone every two weeks from April until November. I have yet to see a moose there. Locals says the wolves have killed all of them.
