I believe some of these states might not have sentencing standards because these sort of freaks are usually taken care of in other ways that might involve trees and rope.

We make fun of O'Blowhard here, and he is woefully ignorant on some issues (like, say, the basic tenets of Christianity), but he really does a service on issues such as this. Even if it is simply grandstanding, it is at least productive grandstanding.

The MSM is running around in sky is falling mode over the bird flu and mad cow. I'm more worried about my kids being attack by a pervert.
Does this kind of stuff have to reach a pandemic stage for them to do something about it? Do the lib elites think they can't be effected and are just sadistic? It's getting to the point the pervs and the libs are running neck and neck to who is the most disgusting, the people who do it vs. the people who allow it to happen.

Is seems to have escaped Bill's analysis that some percentage of the judges, assemblymen, governors etc are child molesters themselves. In light of the grievous nature of some of these activities it seems to me to be the only rational explanation. Vermont is becoming a child molester's paradise. Evil is afoot folks and it is only getting worse. Look at VT, Cal, or Mass as examples. Thirteen turn neckties may make a comeback unless justice starts being served.

If the law/judges won't protect children then I believe society should be able to take care of these vermin ourselves. They don't deserve air.

Gee, we in California take a lot of cheap shots but at least we take care of our kids.

Vintage O'Reilly. "Doesn't seem to care" based on what? Passing minimum sentencing laws is not the same thing as not caring about, or protecting, children. It's O'Reilly's enthusiasm of the moment but by itself it's purely cosmetic. Actual incidents, arrests, convictions, and sentences per state, which do measure such things, don't get a passing mention by O'Reilly. I guess he "doesn't seem to care."

Here in Ohio on the radio yesterday the 'Rats were accusing our governor of "politicizing" the tragedy of Judge Connor letting this pedophile walk, saying to the effect that a governor with a "17% approval rating" is in no position to be outraged.
I guess here in Ohio pedophilia is OK to a 'Rat if the RINO governor's approval ratings are below 50%.
Duct tape couldn't keep my head from exploding as I tried to wrap my head around that type of thinking.

Bill O'Reilly has done a real service by going after the judges who think raping children is no big deal.
The actions of Sheldon Silver and Joseph Vallario indicated that they might have a vested interest in protecting pedophiles. It is scary that there are perverted judges such as Cashman, Connor, McCann.

I saw O'Reilly do a program on the Ohio judge and the one in Vermont. I hope he continues to expose these kinds of things.
To: cgk
and what burns me even more is that most all Americans have no idea or clue how these two Judges have perverted the law.
God forbid if the MSM would cover this.

Sure, Big O'Really is casting a spotlight upon these horrible injustices. Yet, when he was made well aware of the SCOTUS reversal of Stogner vs Calif., he never made a peep. He still hasn't! For those unaware- the SCOTUS reversal of Stogner vs Calif., caused the State of California to release 840 convicted child molesters. SCOTUS based the reversal upon English law from the 1700's. I'm sure it was just coincidence, that this abominable decision was made public at the same time as the Texas Sodomite ruling. Guess which one got all the attention?

If you are a lawyer and learn how to screw people in an artful and tricky way, you have a good chance of becoming a judge some day.

You notice that most of them seem to be liberal east coast towns. I don't see anything very far west on that list.
