LITTLE ROCK, Ark.
Former President Clinton welcomed Heifer International to his neighborhood Thursday, dedicating the charity's new world headquarters with a plea for everyone to "give them your hand" and fight hunger.
"Ordinary people of modest means have the power to change lives half a world away," Clinton said in a two-hour ceremony that featured music and dance from among the 50 countries that Heifer serves...."

I think she's an Operation Heifer volunteer. Still, that picture is disturbing. If he did that to my granddaughter I might have to say something that would get Secret Service attention.
Whenever Clinton touches a woman or a girl, it has to create an uncomfortable situation for everyone involved. On seeing this picture, I can't help thinking of his grotesquely inappropriate comments about the remains of a mummified Central American girl.

But, I wasn't aware that Monica, Jennifer, Kathleen, Paula or any of the others were only 7 or 8 years old at the time of their little romps...
