Islamabad: A recent report by the Peace Council of Pakistan has revealed that about 70-90 percent Pakistani women suffer from domestic violence, and 50 percent of rape victims who did not report to the police were jailed under the Hudood Ordinance.
The Hudood law criminalised extra-marital sexual relations, including rape.
The report said that the federal government had completely failed in its attempt to tackle the deaths of hundreds of women in so-called honour killings.
A woman was raped every two hours and up to three women a day died from stove deaths in Pakistan, the report said.
The women were generally doused in fuel and set afire after undergoing abuse for reasons such as failure to give birth to a son, disobedience and allegations of adultery, it said, adding that in most cases families and police often labelled these murders as accidents.
Police are often reluctant to investigate these cases and husbands can often bribe the police to label them as suicide attempts, the report said, adding that only 5 percent of abusive husbands and family members are ever convicted.

Yeah, and you shouldn't discuss the murder rate in Detroit unless you also discuss the murder rate in Boise. WTF??

Okay.
These clowns like to bugger each other. They burn their wives to death for not giving birth to sons. They send their sons to madrassas to learn to die as martyrs in Afghanistan. There's also a growing rate of AIDS infection and heroin addiction there.
Sounds like in the long term, there will be no problem with Pakistan at all. It will be populated by an elderly bunch of pederast junkies too weakened by AIDS to get up off the prayer rug.
This is who the Democrats are rooting for!
That would take care of it.
A half or a third? Goodness me, I knew we had a bad devaluation problem in this world, but I never thought it was that bad already. Well, I better brace myself now....
