"Comedian Will Durst has published a column that calls for the "impalement" of President Bush rather than just impeachmen"
That sounds like it would constitute violent overthrow of the government....
That said, we'll never prosecute.

"No joke."
Are you sure? He rattles out an encyclopedic knowledge of left-identity anti-Bush memes. Could be satire.

Will Durst is pathetic. He tried out on that NBC "reality" show with Jay Mohr, where they tried to find America's next great standup comic...he had a bit where he did Bush as "Rainman". He was booted pretty quick.

In "In The Line Of Fire",Clint Eastwood's character (a Secret Service agent) said to his nemesis, who had just threatened to kill the President "Aaah, now you shouldn't have done that. You can go to jail for that, even if you didn't mean it"
I say two years at Marion would do the trick for this worthless piece of excrement.

The left is soooo totally unhinged about Bush that they simply can no longer comprehend reality.
I think the left in this country and the entire world would sell their souls out to the Isalamofascists in a heartbeat to get rid of Bush.
That's how insane and treasonous they are.
