Calpernia's right...illegal entry is a misdemeanor, and the administrative charges are what get filed.

The second entry, I believe, is a felony. They're supposed to throw the book at you then. Yeah, right.

The third entry and they are on the fast track for Wells Fargo loans, Driver's Licenses, a ride with 27 others like them in a careening 1985 GMC cargo van, get to rebuild the Gulf Coast, rape twelve year old girls and generally totally ignore our laws. The fourth entry is into their new country.
