I listen to Mark Levin's radio show and I did not hear Mark say anything like you are charging him.
You are more than low when you lie to smear others.
I realise what this poster said seemed bad, but it is clear he was simply confused as to the real person behind a freeper name.
To ban him for that confusion is I believe too harsh a punishment. I've looked at most of his posts the past few days, and he hasn't been abusive. Even in this last post he was going to go back and check his facts and come back -- maybe he would find himself wrong and apologize, or maybe he would find proof of something, or an explanation for the difference of opinion.
It seem a very big shame to banish a freeper who actually lives in the UAE over this dust-up.
