Roberts is one heckuva chief justice. That's the one place Bush has really gotten it right. (aside from Miers)
Pray Ginsberg and or Stevens gets replaced under Bush.
Ginsberg was and could still be suffering from cancer.
Stevens is around 86 years old and said he came in and wants to go out under a Republican administration.
I think Bush replaces Stevens and could upon her death also replace Ginsberg.
I agree with you. I'm a huge fan of Roberts after the decision on military recruiting. He delievered quite a blow to left-fringe law professors, and to anyone who thinks they can twist the constitution to suit their latest fad.
I can't wait to see what the Supreme Court does in the future.
