I think that all the American-owned stevedoring companies that are thinking of buying parts of the old P&O should be obligated to undergo the same 45-day investigation that folks had insisted DPW should have undergone.KEYword being SHOULD have gone through....
NOTHING ticks me off more about this than the RUSH to Close this donw after THEY DEMANDED the review.
