Until we occupy .. and I mean OCCUPY Iran and Syria, and cut off the transportation lanes

How about if instead we liquefy Iran and Syria and cut a transportation canal joining them?

I'm sorry, but these 'innocents' as you call them have a responsibility too. That being to control and eliminate the rabid elements of their society. If these 'innocents' are in the majority this shouldn't be that big a problem. If they are in the minority, then the whole society should be destroyed for the benefit of civilized societies.

I can assure you that any vessel carrying suspicious materials from the middle east to Venezuela will be stopped, searched and if need be detained or destroyed.
