Oh, no. This could be bad. I am not familiar with the west coast at all ... what's this area and why would this be bad?

I took a BART line under the bay every workday for a period of several weeks.
Always an uncomfortable feeling until the train is clear of the tunnel.

Michael Savage just verbally smoked a liberal on the train.

Track fire. Probably debris on the track. Smoke sucked up by the ventilation.
Muni trains being routed around Embarcadero. (Muni trains ride one level above BART.)

BART
Fire: ALL TRAINS AT THE EMBARCADERO STATION ARE BEING HELD AND THE STATION HAS BEEN EVACUATED BECAUSE OF A FIRE THAT WAS BURNING ON THE TRACKWAY OUTSIDE THE STATION. BART SAYS THE FIRE IS OUT BUT SMOKE IS STILL BILLOWING AT MARKET AND FRONT, MARKET IS CLOSED.

Hopefully jumping the gun, but if it's an attack, there would likely be follow-on attacks as in Madrid & London.
