States Capitol Resource Institute on its website: "The reason this is such an outrageous bill is because it is the most extreme effort thus far to transform our public schools into institutions that disregard all notions of the traditional family unit. SB 1437 seeks to eliminate all 'stereotypes' of the traditional family so that young children are brainwashed into believing that families with moms and dads are irrelevant. Schools are being used to destroy our society!

BS!!! WTF is this all about? Enough is enough, this is going too far. There are 2 genders ... male and female ... not 1 or more than 2 ... just 2. I'm tired of these psychos messing with everything that makes our society work.

This is over the top. How are kids supposed to learn that there ARE different kinds of family units. If the book is about a 'traditional' family so be it and get over it.
If I were an author and someone wanted to change the book/ban the book I had written to meet their 'social' agenda, I'd say NO!
Reread that last statement...isn't that what muslims are trying to do too?

California....the land of fruits and nuts. In this case, we have a fruit and a nut all rolled into one. Can't we just "wall off" California from the rest of the country?

"I shouldn't have to be working so hard to get an education like everybody else." I think that says it all. A future in politics, no doubt.

Remove all references to gender? WTF? Maybe we should just require use of the pronoun "IT" to describe other people.
Pat came to dinner, and it was impressed with the culinary skills my recent gender-neutral ancestors displayed.

This actress not only played in Dobie Gillis but was also one of the "Lady Bugs" in the mostly cast-member girl group from Petticoat Junction. The Lady Bug name was a take off on the Beatles.
My Russian-born wife is bugged by how every restaurant chain dresses their waitresses like boys in black pants, white shirts, ties, and make the girls call themselves "servers" instead of "waitresses". In her eyes Hooters is more moral than Carrabbas or IHOP because it bucks the trend.

There are 2 genders ... male and female I don't mean to be a jerk, but actually "male" and "female" represent 2 sexes. "Masculine" and "feminine" represent 2 genders. There is a difference.

You could not pay me enough to put my child in public school. The fact that millions of parents make the decision to trust their precious children to the tender mercies of the state boggles my mind. Why would anyone do this?

Pat came to dinner, and it was impressed with the culinary skills my recent gender-neutral ancestors displayed. Pat brought its partner, Chris, to my State housing.
We denounced the sexism of the past and the anti-animal agenda of my meat eating ancestors as we nibbled on raw carrots and processed tofu with a tall glass of soy milk.
When we saw what we had done, we felt guilty because we had eaten while many in the world go homeless. Billions have been spent on an unjust war that could have fed the world. < unfortunately the liberal talking points would CONTINUE in that class.. >
