Puzzling. While it's good that she's signed the executive order to enforce the law, why is she pledging to veto a bill that seems to accomplish the same thing?

2. Would not enforce Prop. 200 until forced to.
3. Still is against the wall at the border.
4. Vetoed the same English-learners bill she approved of before (because the legislature wanted checks on how the money was spent)
5. Wants Uncle to finance NG troops at the border, yet the state legislature wants to finance even more troops using part of the state tax surplus.
6. Presides over a state with one of the highest crime rates and a CPS system that has killed kids.
