Why was John McCain one of the witnesses?
How much do you want to make a bet the kid playing President Bush doesn't even defend himself in this absurd fake trial? The 37-year-old teacher is probably an interesting character, too.

Clearly McCain is a member of the Opportunist Party as always.
There might have been valuable lessons to be learned in this class had the teacher been interested in anything other than political bashing of our President.
Perhaps the class could have learned about the Geneva Conventions. The internment of the Japanese during WW II and other points of history rather than this bashing.
That this teacher also held mock impeachment trial of X42 is just as ignorant as this exercise.
Better that situation could have delved into whether a sitting president ought to be on trial for sexual harrassment.
Recall the USSC voted 9-0 that the trial could go forward while the President was still in office.
Anyone's high school want to have a mock trial of John Kerry on the charge of treason?
There doesn't have to be a verdict.

This kind of cr*p has been going on for years in schools.
A few years ago in southern NH, an "Environmental Science" teacher had elementary school kids (!!) put the entire human race on trial for polluting the earth. Performed in front of the school, in costumes. It was written up in the Nashua Telegraph, with photos.

If I didn't read the article, I would have thought McCain really took part in this. LOL.. I know my senator is a crackpot, but still....
Sure we realize the consequences. So do they. This is their plan. The 60s marxist bomb-throwers realized that they could much more easily destroy the "system" if they went inside. So that's what their long-term goal has been.
They are now the graying heads of almost all forms of communication -- tv, hollyweird, education, newspapers -- and they whine and moan that radio has not fallen under their sway.
...the teachers would never have started this project if they didn't think Bush was guilty going in. You notice this isn't a mock trial of Saddam or Osama....
In their own ignorance they resort to this nonsense rather than giving true instruction to their students.
The leftists at a local high school held a "debate" on gay marriage. Only one brave soul dared to "debate" for the heterosexual marriage. The other side had all the teachers, all the administrators and the teen gay sex club members were the debaters. Leftists can not respect the other side in any presentation or debate.
I live in Parsippany and graduated high school last year. The classrooms here are infested with liberalism. Often, teachers will speak of evolution as if it is a proven theory, other teachers are not afraid to express their views. For example, I took a philosophy class in which the professor told the class that he is a "Marxist" and believes in the redistribution of wealth. Last year I took a two period course titled "I.P.L.E." (Institute for Political and Legal Education) in which their was an overwhelming feeling of liberalism.
