according to the article, it states that her petition was not 'received' and that is why they decided to 'sit in'.
according to fox this morning, she was asked to come in and discuss her concerns. she refused. fox speculated that her intentions were never to deliver the petition, she wanted to be arrested.
fox, to my knowledge, is the only coverage she got. too bad she got any.
