HAS ANYBODY SAID IT YET? BOYCOTT THE OSCARS (Oscars Live Thread)

I suppose on this thread it goes without saying, but I'll say in anyway...BOYCOTT THE OSCARS tonight.
I want the ratings for this year's program go into the toilet (where most the nominated movies belong). I won't waste my money to see the films, my electricity to watch the Oscars, or my time watching to witness Hollywood's self-adulation fest.
Pass it on...

How old is Nicholson's daughter? She's pretty.
Bet Agelina Jolie won't have the nerve to show up.

Love Dolly ... hate the hair! She's supposed to be wearing $1.2mil earrings, and you can't see 'em!
She should be wearing her hair pulled back ... but that would show the surgery scars ...

"Actually going to pull out an old Jeff Smith cookbook to see how to do salted eggs. In a odd way this will trump the Oscars. Ain't gonna watch the Oscars got too much odd reading to do." A little trivia about Jeff...the following from the Seattle Times, July 10, 2004, Judith Blake, Seattle Times Staff Reporter...
Jeff Smith, the once-celebrated "Frugal Gourmet" TV chef who fell from grace, was a hard man to peg.
To some, the Seattle-based Smith, who died Wednesday, was a "genius" of food and the culture surrounding it. His high spirits, acts of generosity and stalwart friendship, they say, were the true measure of the man.
To others, he was a tyrant of the public-TV production set, a tireless self-promoter and a chef of mediocre culinary talent.
He was accused in three lawsuits of sexually abusing some of the young men who worked for him, ending his television career in the 1990s.
When Mr. Smith died, at age 65, those questions still surrounded him.

Helena took her role in
Fight Club too much to heart ... she still wears her hair the way her character did.
The dress is ... okay, I guess. At least it doesn't have a train to worry about! But those shoes are atrocious!

I hate Jada's hair! She looks nice when it's cut short, or curled, but those pasted-down bangs look stupid ... I barely recognized her.
Will looks nice, as always ...

I haven't liked him much since he made that spot with Cassius Clay about 2 days after 9/11 where Smith came across like an angry parent chastising the rest of the U.S. about how we shouldn't bear a grudge against Muslims. He had his bottom jaw jutted out and everything....I kept expecting him to end the spot with, "Now, go get me a switch!"
