I'm inclined to agree - sloppy journalism. Let's face it, if it were up to only the MSM we'd have had to go through the entire Moslem cartoon brouhaha without ever having seen that source material either.

The story regarding Sean and his teacher has been pretty big news over the last four days here at FR. There has been over 6 seperate threads concerning the story.
I think most of the FR'ers who come to this thread know the details.
Prayers up to young Sean, he was the only kid in the whole class that challenged the assertions.

Did you hear the attorney for the teacher on H&C Friday night?
The pompous ass enjoyed taking shots at the kid.
When Hannity mentioned that the boys mother was a Democrat his comment was, "It didn't take."

Freepers (especially Senior Citizen Freepers) can be rude. Just shrug it off. I was clueless on what this article was about too...had to read it a few times.
You just made the mistake of asking, LOL! ;)

I don't have cable. I hope the kid can handle the abuse. It's a shame that he's in the position.

who lives in a typical, covenant-controlled neighborhoodOh, like that doesn't convey volumes about the AUTHOR of this piece!
The attacks have begun. The clear implication is:
"Are you now, or have you ever been a (yuck) conservative?"

Actually Sean Allen did a very good job in refuting the teachers assertions.
After one very good counter to the teachers comments the only response the teacher gave was, "That is what THEY tell you."

This is badly written. I agree. No background or context given. And no it's not your's or my fault for not having looked it up. It's a badly written article.

Isn't there an organization that will pay students $100 each for recordings of leftist teachers?
To: mware
That teacher is a jackass. I listened to the clip and read the transcript on Michelle Malkin's website.
His comments about 9/11 are awful.

That could well be. However, I was criticizing the author of the piece (and, if there was one, the editor who let it be published in that form), not FR or Freepers.

Freepers (especially Senior Citizen Freepers) can be rude. Just shrug it off.Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't, it just depends on whether I feel like arguing a bit. I've been online long enough to know not to take it personally.

"To read some of these e-mails that are attacking Sean is just devastating," he said. "It looks like the tactic is to turn it around, to make it about Sean and not about the comments (Jay) Bennish made."
THAT is the quintessential Liberal tactic, which is really a hallmark of their mental illness.
