BUMP.
Now all that's left for us to ponder is the name of the prison.
I'll guess Nellis because I can't think of the name of CA's club fed.

How much did he take illegally?
To: John Jorsett
Nothing is worse than to take criminal advantage of the public trust. Cunningham is a great disappointment.

It was obvious he was never in sales. The bigger the 'win' the less his 'commission' as percent of total 'sale'. Then again what to congress critters know about business.

And Sandy Bergler gets a slap on the wrist, loss of NSA clearance for 3 years, and a $10,000 fine.
Amazing.

I happened to watch a documentary recently about fighter pilots that featured Cunningham. What an ace he was! He's a legend among his peers, and it so happens he was the eventual victor in a dog fight that ranks as probably the most complete display of jet fighter pilot skills ever to take place in combat.
Having said that, he deserves every day of his sentence. He stole out of greed, got caught, and now he has to pay the price.

It is not enough, but in defense, he did plea and co-operate against everyone else. So, it's not shocking to me that he got this good a deal.
To: John Jorsett
They could have assigned him to be Ted Kennedy's step and fetch it to carry his briefcase, talk about low and dirty.
To: John Jorsett
With the prison sentence, it is unlikely that he'll be able to make restitution. I believe that his Congressional pension is untouchable.

"How much did he take illegally?"
He was bribed $2.4 million by defense contractors.
