So, we can add "cheap" to the lexicon of adjectives that can be used to describe Franken. What a surprise!
And, by the way, Washington Heights was not a lousy area of New York City back in the sixties. It only became lousy by way of the liberal, racist policies of the NYC politburo. I lived there for a short time back then as did Rod Carew and Henry Kissinger.
