This segment should be very engaging - Marc is a human dynamo! LOL!

I've known Marc for over a decade. He may be a motor-mouth, but he is fearless.
Catch the show!

Most people would be amused that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration is trying to extradite him to face drug charges, Emery said. Americans weren't forced to buy his marijuana seeds, he said.
"I think Americans are going to say that if this is the No. 1 drug trafficking kingpin, then I want to move to Canada," he said, adding he's fighting an evil empire similar to one in the movie Star Wars.
"I enjoy that comic-book premise of my actions, that it's this little tiny person trying to bring justice and dignity to a whole culture in the face of a big, monolithic, Nazified institution like the DEA."
A chunk of the profits, he said, have gone to help pot activists in other countries and several U.S. states, including Alaska, Arizona, Nevada and Alabama, where the U.S. Marijuana party is based.
Emery, who heads the B.C. Marijuana party and is the founder of Cannabis Culture magazine and Internet-based Pot-TV, has been arrested 21 times in Canada.
He was mostly fined but in 2004 spent 62 days in a Saskatoon jail for trafficking after passing a joint.......
Be afraid; be very afraid! LOL!

Did you catch his web page where he describes what drugs he likes best with anal sex?
I think it is gone now.
I wish I had cached it.
I think ecstasy and cocaine may also contribute to Marcs' "dynamics".

It seems quite odd that the Canadian Government would extradite someone for a legal acitivty, and one from which they collect a boatload of taxes. Not surprising though. The Canuck pols are well taught by their Masters To The South.

"You do not walk down the street in most American cities smoking a joint, whereas in Vancouver you can do it and you will not be punished for it," he said. Is he suggesting that this is a good thing? Do we want more people walking around smoking joints? How about people walking around drinking rum? I think it's great that people don't feel comfortable walking around on the street doing drugs.

Interesting thread and discussion.
Having never smoked pot, I guess I don't have the experience from which to draw on personally about how it effects me, etc. I have seen several folks after smoking pot and I would say the vast majority of them acted like one would act after imbibing a larger amount of alcohol.
Ultimately, in the society we live in, laws will be passed based on (hopefully) what the public believes is important/not important.
I would not call the police if I observed my neighbor next door smoking pot. I don't condone smoking on the premises (mainly because I don't like to pick up cigarette butts or the smell) and the same would hold true for someone who wanted to smoke pot on the premises.
