Medved is discussing this disgusting teacher right now. I drove by the highschool and, I'm not too good at estimating, but I'd say there were 75--100 kids on Peoria street outside of Overland HS ditching class. Saw some signs but couldn't read them. I shouted "get back in class" but realized that was sort of stupid since they probably aren't paying attention anyway and the ones that are are being indoctrinated. So coming back, we were on their side of the road and I caught the message of one sign "Honk if you like free speech" as if spouting off communist propaganda to a captive audience you're supposed to be teaching geography is free speech, but what you do you expect from impressionable idiots enjoying a sunny day out of class. I gave the crowd the thumbs down sign. I think the young man that taped this teacher, will be on Sean Hannity's show sometime today.
I'm not too good a guestimating but that's what I would say. I have to drive by this school to take #2 boy to school. Everyday I see these thuggy looking kids coming out of the school--pants down to their knees, piercings, all kinds of hair colors. This used to be considered the school to go to because it was in the "Cherry Creek School District" but it's really gone down hill--students and teachers it seems. And what kind of parent lets their kids go around like a circus freak? Are you going to let your kids go to school like that when they are teenagers? You don't have to answer that because I already know the answer. And if I found out one of my kids skipped school to support this communist piece of crap, I'd kick his/her butt.
I missed Rosen's show yesterday and today--wish I had heard it.
Switching over to Hannity's program now. He's supposed to have the young man on that recorded this "indoctrinator".

Maybe since its ''public'' school these so called teachers now feel they have the right to make every one of their stupid opinions ''public'' to our kids......By the way, my sister just pulled my niece out of her school when the teacher wrote a note to her complaining of my nieces behavior in class...... The note had six, '' SIX ''!!spelling errors. UNBELEIVABLE! example ,,,,,,,( ''your child has a ''probleme'' with her ''behavur'')
I assume there's a whole set of those original cards somewhere, but I only found the Idiot one.
I changed that into the "Liberal Idiot" card, with my own description and icons.
Bingo! This is the key point. It should be noted that the students, unlike in college, are captive by force of law.
And people will focus on one or two particular comments, but the student taped a bona fide rant and I'm sure it wasn't the first time.
I'll answer anyway. NO. Because I won't them and the school they will be attending won't allow it. I am hoping the baggy pants are gone by the time they reach HS. But I'm afraid the girl fashions might be total nudity by then also. Arrgghhhh!

A teacher's "free speech" isn't free, it's being paid for by someone else, usually taxpayers. The people paying for it have a right to get what they are paying for.
If a teacher wants to engage in free speech, (s)he should do it for free.
It's going to take years to wash the STUPID from these children's minds.

I suspect that Sean Allen will get the shaft in the end when Comrade Bennish attempts to have him suspended and/or arrested "for recording him without permission". :(
The walkout was sanctioned by the school and negotiated to take place during second period.
Bennish knew that he was being recorded. It wouldn't have mattered anyway as Colorado is a single party consent state. Also, there is no expectation of privacy in a public setting.

Sean Allen, on the news tonight, indicated he probably won't be going back to Overland as he is getting physical threats.
