Caging, manacling, beating, isolating, threatening, terrorising, torturing 500 - fathers, brothers, husbands, sons - seems to you just an oddity, an eccentricity, a peculiarity then... Bombing, poisoning, and sniping at Armies (Iraqi, Afghani, British, and American), at civilians, at mosques, at markets, at farmers, at stores, and being caught doing so, admitting to as much, and swearing to continue if released seems to you to be normal, rational behavior of a Muslim?

That is why God gave the Cluster Bombs to the Christians. "Moderate" Muslims are moderate because it is that or be DEAD Muslims. Good grief. This hyperbole with respect to Gitmo is really getting out of hand. The sad thing is that I believe this is what most of the world thinks is really going on there.
The president needs to do a much better job of explaining why Guantanamo exists and for heaven's sake explain why the "charge them or release them" mantra is so ridiculous.

fathers, brothers, husbands, and sons terrorists were released from Club Gitmo only to be captured or killed later on while resuming their jihad?
