Could you imagine the reaction if the UAE retalited and started cozying up to China and starting giving them rights in the region if we reject this deal. It would be "told you cant trust those arabs" and there wouldnt be a trace of irony. I mean who could blame them. A country like the UAE is not going to wait a hundred years till we give them permission to get pass our "arab in the streets" mentality.
I am not sure if his show at 6:00 my time...will start the same way..
I never know if the 6:00 show is a replay of the earlier one or not...
But, be sure and turn it on...RIGHT at the beginning...when he started "A brief stay of execution..."...I thought he was going to start with some other subject...but, NOOOOOOOO!

Which would start with Hannity himself, the one who likes to call those trying to present the truth Kool Aide drinkers.

I agree with you, this is a post 9/11 mindset...new rules. Borders, Ports, and Planes should be a major concern. This deal definately doesn't make the Ports any safer, that I can tell you...and the problem is the ports aren't monitored enough to begin with for my liking...so lets get the UAE involved...what the hay.

I have stated many times, here on FR...that Kevin needs his own talk show...OR to run for office...because he is truly a smart, smart person...and I love his passion!

Rush had Specter on his program because Rush had said some things about Specter and Rush allowed Specter to come on and defend himself. Rush didn't endorse either candidate. Rush did not call Specter either, Specter called Rush's program and got bumped to the front when it was alerted to Rush that Specter was on the line to defend himself. Rush's phone rings both ways, just like everyone elses.
This issue is not worth ruining the party over. At what point do we move on? The Hannity/Levin faction wanted more time they got it. Why are we still arguing about it? It's been taken out of the hands of the Administration that I trust and given to the Congress that I don't trust. That should be enough blood letting for one week I should think.

Not quite sure yet why, but eventually we will know. I suspect the ILA union bosses drove this opposition with their strike threats.
Hannity is close to the powers that be in the NY police and fire unions so that's my uneducated guess as to his opposition.
That's not a mistake. Fight the good fight, soldier on, and never give up the ship. (Did I miss any apt cliches?)
