In the new hierarchy al-Zarqawi's number two would be Abu Abdel Rahman al-Iraqi Okay, let's get the office pool going. I'm picking St. Patty's Day, March 17th, as Rahman's last day on this planet.

new decentralised and flexible organisational structureSounds like the anti-terrorism organizations have them on the run. Cell phones, FAXes and blackberries aren't enough. PERSONAL inculcations, rallies, high-fives, indoctrinations, bribes, threats and rewards are the stuff of allegiance.
"Flexible" sometimes means disorganized.
"Decentralized" usually means on the run, hiding out, no place to call home, on the lam, nobody wants us.
Just my 2 cents.

Alright, six ministers:
1)Information
2)Internal
3)Defense
4)Religious
5)Democratic Party ?
6)MSM ?
The article only mentioned four so I am assuming the last two.

If he has any command structure at all, it is by default "new", is it not?
