Didn't they arrest a 'mentally ill' man in regard to at least one of the Alabama arson/church cases? But I never saw that the cops had linked him to all the fires.

Were there ever any arrests made related to all those church fires in Alabama? Have they stopped?
The do seemed to have stopped. There have been arrests in a couple of them that were "Copy-Cat" fires.
The investigation on the others continues and is progressing.

Isn't there a large Muslim population in Michigan?Yes, in pockets of Detroit and surrounding areas such as Dearborn, Hamtramck, and others. The muslim population as a whole in the state is considerably more civil than Detroit has been in 40 years.

Ain't amazing that as soon as it was found out that all the Churches were not "Afican American", the media went away.
I guess it's no big story for someone to burn "white" Churches, after all those are "the evangelicals that voted for Bush".(their words of disrespect, not mine)

It's happened before. I remember a shooting in Texas where eight died, I think. Just a couple months ago, there was an armed robbery of a Maryland church.
