This is in fact legitimate, except that the National Ledger mistakenly refers to it as the "William F Clinton" foundation instead of the "William J Clinton" Foundation. But if you google for william clinton foundation, you get this site. Which (when you click on the Internships hypertext link at lower left, takes you the following:

I suppose we should look at it another way. Any parent that would allow their daughter to work as an intern for Clinton should have all their children taken from them as unfit parents.
