Have the Koreans filed a lawsuit in front of the Court of Arbitration yet?
I don't. Bode Miller is clearly the one of the most talented skiiers that the U.S. has ever had; however, instead of training, he decided to make moronic comments to the media and spend his time at the Olympics partying and chasing ladies. Frankly, he could have skipped the Olympics, partied in Vegas, and saved himself the embarassment. Now perhaps he could just retire and leave us alone.
Well, at least Bode had fun at the games. He made fun of Darren Rolves staying in his trailer and working so hard and still didn't get a medal. Bode also said that he was able to socialize at "Olympic size parties." He is a selfish selfish person. Your comments are what I've been thinking Howlin.
Golden Ohno: Another win for the goateed American
Almost at the end of this round of competition..
I keep catching glimpses of folks cross country skiing and have to take a nap. I get exhausted just watching them huffing around all over the countryside. :)
Good for Ohno.
I have to go take a Mucinex!
I just will never understand working that hard for a goal all your life and then literally pi$$ing it away in front of the entire country.
Me either. I saw so many athletes that were so thrilled to be there and worked so hard.
And unfortunately, the few American athletes who wouldn't behave have given the rest a black eye. The USOC is NOT happy with Bode Miller, Shani Davis, Chad Hedrick, or 'Speedy' Peterson. Sounds like more lessons on comportment will be conducted for the next winter Olympics.
The thing is, they give the United States a black eye -- and it's not like other countries aren't LOOKING for something to trash the USA about, huh?
Ouch!
Hang in there, does it knock you out or keep you up?
Checked the web and ya can't OD on them. don't drive and watch out for dizziness tho.
if yur a bonde, ya got to be careful taking this stuff. ;-)
If I take it late at night, it definitely keeps me up!
That stuff is the BOMB though.
It's a far cry from the days when Avery Brundige kicked two Americans off of the Olympic team for drinking champagne on the cruise ship on the way to the games.
it is right behind the petition of Roy Jones Jr
Germany leads the medal count, and cannot be beaten by any other nation! YESSS! :-D
Many thanks to the Bob sliders & the Biathlon athletes!!
Having fun, Michael? :-)
Better yet, he could have withdrawn before the games and let someone who actually respected the Olympics take his place !!! Someone who wanted to represent his country with dignity and passion, instead of stumbling around the snow in a drunken stupor and making excuses why he failed.
Bode Miller on His Olympic Experience: 'I Did It My Way'
Unbent, unbowed and ultimately unsuccessful, Bode Miller said in an interview Saturday he is skiing away from these Olympics on his own terms - content without any medals and impressed by the local nightlife.
"I just did it my way. I'm not a martyr, and I'm not a do-gooder. I just want to go out and rock. And man, I rocked here," ...
"awesome"...Sestriere's bar scene...
"Me, it's been an awesome two weeks," Miller said. "I got to party and socialize at an Olympic level."

According to the rules, only U.S. citizens can be on the US Olympic team.
And I'm sure the USOC was happy paying for Bode's Olympic level socializing and partying.
